BTC Realized Cap Turns Higher, Signaling “Signs of Improving Liquidity”

The 30-day rate of change in Bitcoin’s Realized Cap has turned positive after ending an 87-day period in negative territory, signaling a possible recovery in capital inflows, according to on-chain analyst Axel Adler Jr.

According to Adler, the metric crossed the zero line on August 24, recording +0.10%, before rising to +0.88% on September 6. Bitcoin’s Realized Cap also increased to $1.068 trillion, rising by $9.36 billion over the past 30 days.

He explained that Realized Cap is rising even as Bitcoin has continued to experience price volatility around $80,000 recently, showing that the prolonged contraction in capital may be reversing.

Adler added that for Bitcoin’s recovery to continue, the 30-day rate of change in Realized Cap must remain in positive territory while total Realized Cap must also continue to increase.
