Nine blockchain and security organizations have launched the Quantum Alliance to develop standards for quantum-resistant infrastructure. The alliance warned that approximately 6.04 million bitcoin, or about 30% of the total supply, are held at addresses with exposed public keys and could be vulnerable to future quantum attacks.
Google search interest in Bitcoin has fallen to its lowest level in about six years. On-chain analyst Willy Woo interpreted the decline as a contrarian buying signal.

U.S. September CPI rose 3.7% year on year, exceeding the market forecast of 3.6%. Core CPI increased 2.6% year on year, while energy prices rose 5.2% month on month.
Michael van de Poppe said he added SUI to his portfolio, citing a fair value higher than its current market valuation. He also pointed to Sui’s scalability, confidentiality and on-chain transaction capabilities, as well as bullish divergence on the weekly SUI/BTC chart.
Wintermute said Bitcoin’s sustained rebound depends on stable U.S. Treasury yields and a shift to net inflows for spot ETFs. It also warned against chasing weak altcoins while maintaining a positive medium- to long-term outlook.
